EXTREME PRESSURE MUD DRILLING LUBRICANT

It is a highly effective liquid lubricant which imparts extreme pressure lubricating properties to the drilling fluids and is stable at any circulating temperature that may encounter usually in the normal deep well drilling operations for oil / gas production and thus it does not undergo chemical degradation down-hole in extreme pressure condition and at temperature in excess of149°C.

* Effect on rheology of  most mud systems: Almost Nil

*Foaming tendency: Negligible

*Greasing tendency: Nil

*Sheen imparting tendency: Nil

*Flash point: More than99°C.

*Viscosity at 25°C: Brookfield viscometer 47 cp ( spindle 61 , speed 50 rpm )

Modified fatty acid compounds and organic sodium salt.

3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Not classified as dangerous according to EEC dangerous substance directive and dangerous preparation directive.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES

*General: Contact physician if symptoms appear.

*Inhalation: Fresh air and rest .Seek medical advice if symptoms appear.

*Skin: Wash the skin immediately with soap and water .

*Eyes: Important! Immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes .Hold eyelids apart .Seek medical advice if symptoms appear.

*Ingestion: Only when conscious, rinse mouth, give plenty of water to drink  

  (Approx .500 ml). Contact physician if larger quantity has been swallowed.

5. FIRE FIGHTING

The product is not combustible.

Dispose of in accordance with local authority requirements .
